Aloha and welcome to the Association of Apartment Owners of Ke Nani Kai website! Ke Na Kai is located on the beautiful west side of Molokai, includes 120 individually owned condominiums, rests on 14 well-maintained acres, and is near some of Hawaii’s most stunning beaches. This website serves as a resource for our residents, providing information about our community, amenities, and important association updates.

LIFE IS GOOD

The amenities offered at Ke Nani Kai make life pleasurable, comfortable and enjoyable.

POOL

Pool use is limited to members of the Ke Nani Kai HOA and their guests. Each household is issued one pool code that allows access to the bathrooms and the BBQ located in the covered pool area.

Ke Nani Kai aims to provide a safe, compliant, and enjoyable pool environment for all owners and their guests. Beginning July of 2024, owners will be sent the most current copy of the Pool Rules for reminder and will be asked to acknowledge their receipt of the Pool Rules by signature. New pool codes will be issued at the front office following that signed acknowledgement.

Owners and guests will be issued their pool code upon arrival during registration at the front office, where a copy of the Pool Rules will also be provided. For continued safety, health and enjoyment of the pool, an annual review of the Pool Rules will be required each July. There is a limit of one pool code per household. Sharing of pool codes may result in the loss of pool use privileges.

ABOUT MOLOKAI

Molokai Nui A Hina Molokai, the Friendly Isle, is the fifth most populated of Hawaii’s eight major islands. It spans 38 by 10 miles, with a usable land area of 260 sq mi, making it the fifth-largest Hawaiian island. Situated southeast of Oahu and north of Lanai, Molokai is separated from them by the Ka’iwi and Kalohi Channels. The island developed from two shield volcanoes, with Kamakou on East Molokai being its highest point at 4,970 ft.

Known for its natural beauty, Molokai features the highest sea cliffs globally, the longest continuous fringing reef, and stunning views of neighboring islands. The island’s culture is deeply rooted in its Native Hawaiian ancestry, with a population that maintains a rural lifestyle.
